Kidnapped by the Clelands from Blue Ruin... and rescued by the cast of Comedy Bang Bang.
It was nice knowing you all.
@green Evidently the new CN series has Bunnicula just be flat-out blatantly supernatural, and... you know, I'm kinda happy about that, because one, they're using it as an excuse for crazy TF shenanigans and two, the original fake vampire schtick was kinda... forgive me... bloodless?
@zebratron2084 @green I didn't know there was a Bunnicula cartoon until now! :-P
@emanate @zebratron2084 I am both intrigued and vaguely horrified--Bunnicula was one of my Formative Furry-Esque Influences when I was Quite Short.
@green @zebratron2084 Same here!
Though I think I read a lot more of the Mouse on a Motorcycle series that influenced me more. Also, Richard Scarry books. :-P
@green And nah, I'd be fine! I realized that it's actually very easy to survive a Coen Brothers film: just get REAL Lawful Good, REAL fast, and stand the fuck out of everybody's way if a large sum of money shows up. And don't sleep with a covetous lunatic. >_>;
*stares at @anthracite*
Uh-oh.
@zebratron2084 @anthracite *snickersnickerlol*
@zebratron2084 @green lunatic, yes. Covetous? Meh. I got my hoard. I don’t need to run around after another one.
@anthracite @green Never mind the doubloons, I'm talking about ME! :O
@zebratron2084 as I remember it, Bunnicula was... the plot token, rather than an active character, through almost the entire story; it was the cat and dog that did all the things. (I will never not giggle when thinking of "pounding a steak through his heart" in the kitchen late at night) so unless you can be rescued by a rabbit sucking all the juice out of vegetables, you're kinda boned.
