@rainwarrior oh wow I haven't seen that game in....a very very long time. People do speedrun EVERYTHING. :D
Also congrats on being able to, game was a pain. Or maybe that's just young me not being used to games yet.
Update: Apparently the bit of Loud yesterday evening wasn't thunder!
It was the sky bombing us. o.o. Small meteor made it down far enough to cause a sonic boom before exploding.

@mawr @Earthshine Driving through socal the sheer amount of smog was really striking. Glad we're at least getting some fringe benefits out of this mess
@orrery Multiple times even!
Apparently the community on the Kerbal Space Program forums has some...interesting ideas on copyright. Ran into a thread there where they told someone off for posting a recompiled .dll from an open source project.
Literally, all they did was download the code and build against the current game version and not the old game version. This was somehow a copyright problem. The solution was to..make a github fork...?

@masklayer @ghost_bird by mod I mean modding the game files. there's one that lets it go anywhere.
subnautica
@ghost_bird @masklayer You don't. My first playthrough I was annoyed enough at the Cyclops that I finished without using it.
What you have to do instead is build waystations. The Seamoth can take you through 90% of the game. Below that, glide a while, build a small base or brain coral farm, repeat
(or get a mod that lets the moth to deeper)
re: HRT question
@vantablack Rule of thumb with meds is "are you more than halfway to your next dose? if so take, if not skip".
With I presume oral HTT I'd just take it. You'll get a bit of an evening E spike but meh.
@kauko small favors..
A hunting genius our dog is apparently not. We were having dinner tonight and had the door cracked in case Parker wanted to go out.
Midway through, a squirrel jumps onto the back porch railing and scurries down to the porch. It walks right up to the open door and he finally catches sight of it, and just lazily turns his head a little to eye it. Squirrel stands there for a moment then wanders off. Only after it's halfway up the porch fence does Parker bother standing up to go investigate.
@Soreth @anthracite Exception: island drivers. Your cliffs have no guard rails I will be driving sanely thank you @.@

@Phorm suggestion? If they're not all sold out an air purifier for your bedroom might be an option. Yoinks the pollen and other crap out of the air to help you breath better. And the fan noise at night can make sounds less intrusive.
We got a few here after the first year of OMG SMOKE and they help quite a bit!
That doephin (Phoenix-D) you might know. Sometimes NFSW but always tagged when so. More of that over at doephinad@dragon.style
