Usefulness.
Yesterday, I did a lot of house cleaning and other such, then relaxed with some videogames... but pretty much kept playing right into the evening. Despite the overall productivity, I was kind of disappointed in myself for all the "slacking off".
This morning, I thought, "Hey, I'm up, I'm awake, I feel decent, I'll go get breakfast and get some useful stuff done!"
...but really, I kinda just want to play videogames. *shrug*
Usefulness.
@ElectricKeet It shouldn't need to be said, but really, let's face the truth: speaking as responsible, mature people, there are some VERY compelling video games out there these days. (nodnods)

@Austin_Dern @Momentrabbit Fair enough! It just seemed like I did three times as much play as work, which is productive compared to my usual ration of... let's say twelve to one, just a loose figure there.
Also, I'm really glad _Mini Metro_ turned out to be as good as it looked! Not my bag, but I'm kinda envious of those for whom it is. *grin*
Usefulness.
@Austin_Dern @Momentrabbit ...Hunh. You make an excellent point. This wouldn't be the first time I've fallen into a self-defeating perspective, and tht might shift things enough to help....
