@porsupah This is the sort of thing I think about a lot, especially given the direction @millimax@high.cat is going. What little habits and comforts are so rooted in the organic that we might take them for granted until we change such that they longer make sense? Rubbing eyes, sighing, stretching out, taking a deep breath of spring air?

I've already decided what it'll look like when Millimax cries, because there will be times that she's happy enough to do so... especially once she's gone full teapot!

It's a bit more like "come to us". Between DeepL's best guesses and my long-ago-may-have-been-grade-school-level French, the lyrics come across as "when the world and/or inside of your head feels overwhelmingly fucked up, you can come to us for comfort", whereas the English lyrics always seemed to carry more of an urgent "if something's after you we've got your back". Or is that just me?

@fluffy @astraluma @eclectic @cq The worst part is that all the tracks from my first three albums are there. I... don't recall why I didn't just publish 'em, but it's going on my to-do list to go back and do that, perhaps along with all the stuff since then.

I haven't produced more than a thin trickle of unfinished work for many years, due to frustrations with software, attention span, and tinnitus. The ideas never stopped, though....
