POLL: when using a controller with two shoulder buttons on each side, do you:
A) put a separate finger on each one
B) put one finger in between to press either as needed
C) put two fingers on each????? why???
D) put three fingers on--wait how many fingers do you have
@Felthry usually b, certain games demand a though
@monorail yeah we've tried a and it's just not comfortable
@Felthry Usually for me it's B(2): keep my index fingers on the top shoulder buttons, switch to triggers as needed. Unless it's a shoot-heavy game, where I'll keep them on the triggers. :-)
@emanate most people seem to be saying that, probably should have included it in the options!
@Felthry A.
@starkatt you seem to be in the minority; we've only seen three A responses and quite a lot of Bs. (or 'mostly B but sometimes A if games demand it' or 'something kind of like B but not exactly')
@Felthry Depends on the game and controller, but generally B; I leaned more towards A on my PS2 back when it still worked, the controller's shape is just more conducive to keeping two fingers up there as opposed to the Xbox one I use for my PC these days.
@Felthry generally, B, with occasional A for things like fighters or shooters.
@Felthry
K) Have one kobold ready to push each button or trigger as required. Because 12 players, one controller is an underated speedrunning category.
