@KawaSeadrake Miiiiiight be time to look into how expensive one of those window AC units is. Maybe you can rent them?
@Daxarhagron @KawaSeadrake That's just expensive enough that it would be too much to just go out and get one but yet not quite enough to make it a thing you'd likely find rentals of :x
@Felthry @KawaSeadrake Exactly >_< and the portable ones like start at $250-300
@Daxarhagron @KawaSeadrake *considers ways to repurpose the guts of a refrigerator*
@Felthry @KawaSeadrake I mean, that's what they all are anyway
@Daxarhagron @KawaSeadrake Well, yeah, but you have a refrigerator.
@KawaSeadrake @Daxarhagron I make no claims of this being a _practical_ idea.
@Felthry @KawaSeadrake I do have an AC but I was already thinking of ways of dismantling it and combining it with some fans...
@Felthry @KawaSeadrake Nah, just make a swamp cooler. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FaC0dlRENk0
@incatoxication @KawaSeadrake Well, that would sort of work, but you're not going to get any sort of good performance out of that. You want to at least run the air through some coiled tubing immersed in ice water. Or run ice water through some coiled copper tubing and pass air past that.
@Felthry @KawaSeadrake Yea, there's better copper coil solutions if you have time to set it up. A few degrees can make a world of difference depending on how things are set up.
@Felthry @KawaSeadrake Window AC units tend to run $100 for a new one :/ Its going to be 104 here in Portland area too uuuuugh
