(the dragonfruit also was a particularly large specimen, but unmistakably a dragonfruit, they're pretty distinctive. makes you wonder why they didn't do a video on unusually large fruits instead, it would have been more honest)

to be fair the thumbnail also contains a picture of something we didn't recognise at first glance, so that could be what they're trying to draw people in with
but looking at it closer it appears to be slices of some kind of large citrus fruit with the rind removed, possibly a particularly large grapefruit

assistance request, paypal link
we're sorry we keep having to ask for help but we're a household of three systems unable to work right now and we're behind on everything and need help trying to catch up on bills and covering us until someone can get a job.
not sure what to tag this as, people being anti-science about new-agey stuff
we just saw a comment on a video about piezoelectricity where someone was hypothesizing about where the whole healing-crystal belief may have originated, and a few other people replying to it
one of the replies was someone following a pattern we've seen in a lot of proponents of this kind of stuff? where they start by demeaning the people they're talking to (calling them "human lemmings" in this case), use lots of ellipses in their text, and repeatedly express their condescending pity for people being "brainwashed" by science (here, every other sentence had "[sentence]... so sad..... [more sentence]")
i have to wonder what people are trying to accomplish with that kind of stuff. do they think that's going to convince people that they're right? or do they just want to feel like they're somehow superior??
I'm not really going anywhere with this we've just seen that same pattern a number of times and i'm curious where it comes from

re: attention seeking
@Zest you're a lovely kobold and i always like seeing you around

@Tathar which you could also swap the direction they attach in, though

@Tathar It could have gone into the dock upside down though

@nautilee for positive stuff design wise i think we have to admire nintendo's willingness to put active cooling in a handheld/tabletoidal thing, because they would have had to really compromise on performance without it, but no one else does this for some reason
seriously our phone overheats from just trying to use google maps, it would really have benefited from a fan
-F
@nautilee oh, have you not had to deal with joycon drift?
but yeah that's the only like, *design* issue with it. the reliability issue is separate
-F
@sharkNserg oh that makes sense
how you'd build walls with bricks, or with legos
...what do you do if the pallet is full of cubes
-F
@sharkNserg as a non forklift driver, what's the problem with these? just stacked too high?
-F
@heatherhorns i don't think i coudl tell you much of anything if you put a gun to our head, to be fair. we'd be too busy with a panic attack
