We went to get a hamburger and there was someone asking for money outside the building. I wanted to help, but didn't have any cash, so told them so, but then remembered a moment later that we had an un-activated visa gift card we'd gotten from a mail-in rebate in our wallet with $10 on it, so I gave them that
I don't know what about it was wrong but they seemed to get all upset about that, saying that we ought to have cash next time (will there be a next time??) and they didn't seem to understand that even though you couldn't get cash off of a prepaid debit card that didn't make it worthless
came away from that whole interaction feeling vaguely threatened and uneasy and I'm pretty sure that $10 has just gone to waste now but ugh
I considered "tapioca spheres", "tapioca balls", and "tapioca blobs" and I'm really not sure which one is the silliest way to put it
bubble tea is weird
why would you look at tea and think "you know what this needs? tapioca spheroids"
I'm surprised this hasn't gotten any "depends on the game" votes yet, since we've seen a lot of people call it the c-stick in the context of Smash who call it the right stick otherwise

there's one person in a discord server we're in who keeps changing their icon to a bunch of different things that are probably completely innocuous but for _some reason_ are just really off-putting to me and I have no idea how to bring it up to them
