sure $1 each might seem fairly cheap but a functional 8-bit cpu will need several hundred minimum, possibly a few thousand

got into an argument with someone today over the value of different system members filling some list of arbitrary archetypes and just, the very concept gives a viscerally negative reaction

like, I refuse to be categorized. I don't know what category I fit but I also don't want to know because whatever one it is I'll probably find myself either trying to fit into it better or trying to avoid fitting into it better and that just seems harmful
