trying to find out what we need to do to get our car registered in oregon

the official oregon.gov website tells us absolutely nothing about emissions testing--everything on it is specific to portland or medford and there's no mention whatsoever that any other part of the state exists

we can't register to vote in oregon until we have an oregon driver's license, which we're getting monday

so we sent in a form to get an absentee ballot in alabama instead and we still haven't gotten it

we're actually learning to appreciate igbts lately
