worried about some friends but don't know how to ask if they're okay

they asked me to leave them alone when i tried to help and i don't know if that extends to today or not but i don't know how to ask because if it does it'll just make things worse

i don't even know if they're upset at us or if it was just overwhelming

i think some of what puts us off trying new foods is not knowing what's in it

like we have a lot of things we don't like and i'd love to go to like, a vietnamese restaurant or something but i don't know what's in any of the stuff there and i wouldn't know how to ask because there's so many things
