anyone have any tips for dealing with the dragonkin soldier of nokstella? this boss is really tough and there aren't any summon signs around, and none of our spirit ashes help all that much after the phase transition

uhhh for some reason we aren't getting back all of our runes after death anymore???? recovering them only gets back about 2/3 of what was lost
what happened? is this some weird status effect? is it related to the game crashing or something? (it started happening right after restarting after a crash)
