this works for TwilightMenu++ too (and any DS games started through TM++ will then be in their original resolution), as well as VC injected games made with NSUI

I don't know why this doesn't seem to have ever been explained by nintendo

a very strange side of the internet
there was some kind of blockchain question in the "hot network questions" section on stackexchange and we clicked it out of morbid curiosity
it's a really, really weird place
the highest voted answer was someone saying in a really stilted professional-email sort of register (not the sort of thing you see from someone learning the language, the sort of thing you see from someone who has never talked in an informal register in their life) "hi, thanks for asking, my name is X, i'm the creator of Y, a thing that does what you're asking about" and then proceeds to just shill Y
several other--highly rated!--answers are other people shilling Y and other things
when we do stuff on stackexchange it's usually on the electrical engineering one for obvious reasons and over there, anyone shilling anything as an answer gets their answer deleted in very short order

@Facet oh goodness and then the credits finished pretty much synced with the music finishing, and the next track was the zelda 1 "you got a piece of the triforce" fanfare, just as the end screen came up

we watched @Facet play a link's awakening randomizer today, with the game music turned off as she played her own playlist of video game music
literally as the wind fish was fading in after beating the final boss, *her playlist started playing the final boss music from link's awakening*
little bit late there!!!

I want to live in a world of extreme body polymorphism. I want a world where someone can be a human, or furry, or elvan fae, four legged wolf, giant dragon, a collective of foxes, small box robot on wheels, hive of nanobots, copyright infringement, abstract geometry...
I want a world where any conceivable thing can be considered as a form, to have "personhood", and efforts are made to allow all those types of being to exist relatively in the same culture, to the best of our efforts.
I guess we can understand why--a charge pump would generate less noise than a conventional switching regulator, lessening the need to keep a strictly known clock frequency, and they're not usually used for high loads (and lower load also means lower noise due to lower currents involved)
but the thing we're doing for work right now has a requirement that they all be synchronized, and the requirement comes from the sponsor, not anyone we know or can interact with directly

they're still useful because they're better than silicon mosfets in terms of having both high blocking voltage and high current capacity
now we have SiC mosfets that can replace IGBTs in most if not all applications, but they're still much more expensive and it's still a developing technology, they only became commercially viable about five to ten years ago
