the best way to tell people you're going to get a haircut: "I won't be long, and neither will my hair"

Are reverse exorcists a thing? inorcists?

I mean, haunted houses have to become haunted somehow.

I bet you didn't catch that I swapped the right and left es in that beep

I wonder how bread was invented. why did people think to take wheat, grind it up, mix it with water, and heat it in a fire?

they call themselves Rite Aid but they don't sell any materials for magic rites at all!

thought: if marriage vows are "'til death do us part" in a universe where resurrection magic is possible, easy, or even mundane, that would have some interesting repercussions

apparently, it's possible to de-stale bread. if you heat it in an oven set to 60°C it'll regain the pliability it loses when it goes stale--but when it cools after that it'll be even worse than before due to moisture loss.

I would try that, but my oven doesn't go that low.

You know a game has great music direction when something as amazing as this is one of the standard dungeon themes.

It starts out forceful and hopeful with loud, sudden brass, then whistling comes in with a courageous, optimistic melody. All throughout, percussion is used to punctuate notes and make them more forceful, along with its usual role of driving the rhythm forward.

I guess I'm just yelling into the void here. I don't know. It feels selfish but I kind of want to know... does anyone read this stuff? Is it bad of me to ask that?

I dunno, I'm sure no one wants to listen to me complaining about stuff

and now I'm getting really frustrated and upset about this

I really want to be able to play this game but

I can't read it

and nintendo locks down their consoles so much that it's hard to apply a fanmade patch if one even exists

and there's nothing I can do to fix this problem and ghhh

I never actually played xenoblade x because apparently accessibility wasn't something the developers considered when they were making it. the font size is miniscule and near impossible to read and I can't get into it because of that

I'd been holding out hoping that they'd release a patch to fix it but apparently they decided not to, in the end

I am very frustrated at my inability to enjoy what is probably a good game otherwise, just because I can't read a word of it

Well. I just finished Xenoblade 2. The game has a fanservice problem, but the worldbuilding is phenomenal. Even if you only get most of it at the end of the game.

Finished Xenoblade 2. It has a fanservice problem, but the writing is outstanding, as is usual from Monolith.

unfortunately the service place was closed. google said they were open but apparently only their sales department is open today

going to get my car looked at. with any luck, when I return, I'll get better than 11.5 miles per gallon on it!

final boss is rather difficult, haven't managed to beat them yet. But wow, that final chapter really put everything together. This is what I like in a story!

holy crap the plot twist at the start of the final chapter of Xenoblade 2 o.o

I like having a weighted blanket. It makes me think of laying my detached taurbody down over myself -w-
