New anti-harrassment feature spotted in the wild: if you see a "Reject Create.Note" activity from a thread owner, it means that thread owner has elected to prune that comment from their thread as spam/harrassment.
Feature was spotted coming together in pixelfed-

Like, imagine if you could just reject a reply-guy? It's valid activitypub. I'll support it in ionch. Let's make it happen.
spambots
okay but what's even the point of these spambots that are going around anyway
they're just, telling people not to marry women??? which, it's your own choice, please don't force it on others, but it's not like, a big Thing they're trying to push or anything and it's very very obviously a spambot
it is actually true though
people talk about IKEA as if they're this ubiquitous company but we've never even so much as seen one
pondering about multi and disabilities
I wonder how severe a disability it would be to have lost a leg, in a society of three-legged people
unless it was the middle leg you lost you'd be a bit off balance but could probably walk on two legs just fine, after re-learning how to walk
it might impede the use of pedals in a car or something, though probably not enough to render you unable to use it at all
@multiple_creatures are good and I like seeing them on my home column.
Just realized I never really say anything to you so wanted to show some appreciation!
and yes, this includes error messages if they are possible to see within the other bounds of the category (glitchless text% would probably not need any error messages, but glitched would include things like "THIS MESSAGE SHOULD NOT APPEAR")
I know some currency symbols go after the number (and some can go in either place, like € can) but is there any alignment between that and the positioning when spoken in the local language?
like whenever we're on the EE stackexchange there are frequently people using the word "doubt" in ways I don't see very much, titling questions thing like "doubt regarding X" or introducing a sentence with "I have a doubt about..." and I'm curious if that's how questions are phrased in some particular language or if it's the influence of a particularly popular english-as-a-second-language textbook or what
