@Lioness Also it seems like all images have to be marked sensitive among other things - I'd quite like a space that is completely NSFW, no content warnings or image tags except for things that extend beyond lewdness. Porn avatars and lewd names, somewhere a sub could be paraded around for example.

Consider: A mastodon instance that allows and encourages publicly lewd behaviour (incl. porn avatars and lewd names).
In order to respect federated instances, when viewed from outside the instance: users have generic avatars and a name matching their handle, and all posts are automatically CW'd with "lewd" and all images are automatically marked sensitive.
Decent bit of development work to modify federated info to be sfw but very much appeals to me.
