A collection of subtle mechanics to make movement feel better:
1. The player slides around corners, if they would hit their head against the ceiling by just a few pixels.
2. When pressing jump just before hitting the ground, it will be executed upon landing
3. A small window after losing the ground beneath your feet still allows you to jump
4. The player scales small height differences automatically; which is important since you can create a platform yourself #gamedev #pixelart

turns out the freshly trans Wounded Daughter likes leaning on the Nun for safety... even when her shirt is off because it needed to be dried.

also, our Amazon? May have..... made a bad Escape Notice roll, and discovered something about herself in a room full of statues.

Oh and Bliss, my Nun, has been trying to keep a map of this place. As best she can. She knows nothing about cartography but bless her heart she's trying. (It's a fun art project to do while in session)

yay! today i finished modeling and animating the first monster that confronts you.
it moves kind of randomly and it has this beautiful static shader so it looks like it crawled out of a broken TV. i'm nicknaming it STATICMAN.
it mocks your desire to be free & you have to argue with it so it lets you go on...

the point of putting instances on fediblock for having rules against fundraising

is to shun them from the wider fediverse community for having those rules, in the hopes that they will maybe change them

because policies like that harm marginalized people every single day. banning people for "begposting" is taking away their livelihood

and it's also to protect people from their users needlessly reporting those posts on other instances and getting all judgy and harassing them
