Vi's Nan is going off at us again because we want to eat less.
Exercise and smoking.
Did a 20 minute walk for the first time in a year. Didnt realize how much smoking took out of our health.

One bad day is all it takes for everything to crumble around you.
When the only bright light is the handful of pills in your hand, just waiting to be swallowed.
It's a painstaking life changing task to not take those pills, knowing that the next day might be worse or sometime in the future that it will become a nightmare you will never recover from and those handful of pills you once had a long time ago could have been your salvation.
