The most satisfying thing about 3D printing: breaking off all of the scaffolding like it’s a freshly-bought model from a hobby shop.

smash, spoilers!
@Dex They seem to be buried further in. I found Richter along a later portion of the map.
I’ve been running Link for the entire campaign so far with Move Speed Up/Made of Metal and a skill build into double final smash, and I’ve only needed to swap him out for a few mechanics like Strong Wind. There’s an advanced spirit that also gives 50% damage or stamina recovery when low, and that all breaks the game pretty hard.
Thankfully, harder boss fights cheat more.
@zetasyanthis Two cutes! 💜
taking a break from pkmn art bc lord knows i got a lot of that, here's some animal crossing! #mastoart #animalcrossing #illustration
@JulieSqveakaroo *hugs gently*
@troodon As I understand it from folks I followed over there, Tumblr’s community replicated the fora- and USENET-era community issues we older folks remember from earlier otherkin communities. Some of that is because it’s a younger community, some of it is because of specific circles of people, and there are quite a few good folks coming in too that could use a healthier community.
I think it’ll help if instance admins help us sift trolls out, too, and I encourage them to do so.
@Zedex@snouts.online Instances are “federated”, meaning each site communicates with other sites in the network that it trusts. In the case of Snouts (from what I’ve read; I’m over on Awoo), many of the furry-adjacent instances are already trusted.
When you follow someone on another instance, you basically get a copy of what they’re posting from there. And when you reply, the same thing works in the other direction.
hobbies
Despite the weh I've been placing here while I figure stuff out, I've been making 3D art again and playing lots of the dwarf game (https://store.steampowered.com/app/548430/Deep_Rock_Galactic/) lately. The latter has been really good for me, since it's basically a huge 3D puzzle to play around with. Wheee!
I should possibly talk about things like that more here? I'm kind of prone to nerding about 3D modeling and puzzle games when the sky isn't falling, and I kind of miss doing that.
Jack isn't crying much these days because he has a little sister to look after, and she does more than enough crying for both of them. XD
re: I need advice about Nintendo DS or Gameboy Advance (OK to RT)
@frameacloud Definitely Professor Layton and Picross/Picross 3D.
@frameacloud No prob!
@frameacloud It might be worth calling up local GameStops for. They’re usually able to find older Pokemon games that have been traded in, though they’ll typically have them at $30-50.
Dragon. Agender, otherkin, occasional artist and writer, infosec engineer, in about that order. Avatar by Xeirla. Singular they/them preferred.
Also on @Goldkin (meow.social) for follow requests that don't work here.
