Migration from Twitter, long thoughts about policy

While I’d been considering migrating to Awoo for some time, my reason for doing so now is Twitter has decided to codify some of the conditions that moderation is not in their financial interests as a company.

I have a limited amount of empathy for their position (I do not envy them), but explicitly prioritizing clicks over moderation is where I get off this train.

Hello Awoo! I promised I’d use this thing more, so here I am.

Whoami: I’m an agender, otherkin dragon in tech that wishes they could spend every day making art. I make Copic and 3D art, mostly of scaled things. I’m also a refugee from Second Life and Twitter, and yes, I am the same Goldkin from the AWSW visual novel and community. Any pronouns are fine, with singular they/them preferred.
