@InTheLandOfTheRisingSun is this about the weapon durability or sth else?
@noiob weapon durability and how the game expected me to know what to do without actually giving me any good instructions. It felt like it was trying to force me to do what it wanted without telling me what it wanted
@InTheLandOfTheRisingSun I mean, the main quest is almost waypoints on a map and signs/NPCs in between. it just kinda wants you to find your own path (but the roads that are already there usually help). What you do outside of the main quest is pretty much whatever you want, the main quest just gives you tools and teaches you things to help you with whatever you actually want to do
@InTheLandOfTheRisingSun idk, the most fun I had with the game was just charging headfirst into uncharted territory and seeing what it had in store for me. Sometimes I'd get my ass kicked, sometimes I barely made it and discovered some cool new stuff
@noiob I like exploring cool shit in videogames, I don't like having absolutely no idea what's happening or what I'm supposed to be doing
@InTheLandOfTheRisingSun the game gets gradually less handhold-y after that, but it still tells you where the next divine beast is, and the map will kind of have an obvious path, though you're free to make your own
@InTheLandOfTheRisingSun it's been a while for me, but I'm pretty sure the old Sheikah lady sends you to the Hateno ancient tech lab
