Does anyone know how is it's safe to rename an account's user directory? It's a microsoft account, so I was able to change my profile name and have it propagate to my devices, but this left the underlying user folder untouched.

At this point I'm sick of seeing my deadname when looking at file paths. Any advice or suggestions?
