Here’s where I went last Sunday because I’m feeling bleah right now. Forest, driftwood at the high tide mark, the Sound from the beach, a huge bleached tree trunk washed ashore.

Reposting both yesterday’s #drawings today! Halfling and goblin characters, and a sci fi comic page with ship combat.

Second #drawing today, trying out a comic page styled format to see how it feels. (Space battle, transitions to the view aboard one of the combatant ships.)

In other news here’s where I went last Friday. Photographs of islands in the Sound from a scenic vantage point - with a bonus doe.

Just one #drawing so far today, goblin cook, halfling fighter or militia of some sort, selection of halfling portraits.

Anyway here’s some kinda unfinished stuff from today. I’m having an off day but feel encouraged that an off day still looks as good as an on day a year ago, etc… so, adventurers vs Duergar; a heavily cybernetic space pirate and speeder biker; Mother Hydra off the coast of Maine or something.

#drawings today were all practice, how to type stuff. Insects, two pages of animal skeletons, and three British ships from WWII.

Not sure what to make of this new animated dinosaur thing.

#drawings today were apparently all about fighting giants and backgrounds. Dwarf ranger and animal companion vs a hill giant, a Mechanus/axiometric warlock vs a fire giant (less finished, I was feeling like I’d really screw it up if I didn’t take a break).

Anyway one #drawing today. Lich resurrects a skeletal champion. Instead of drawing idk something sexy or meaningful.

#drawings today. Trying to draw furry character portraits at varying sizes (you notice I like women a lot, and two of them are characters I know); and, a blue dragon or something surprises a couple of adventurers (more Mideast style wizard, dwarf armor vaguely based on stuff from Visby).

The idea of hanging around outside eating ice cream is too summery to pass up. But I’m lactose intolerant and this place does Big Scoops, thus resulting in way WAY too much marionberry sorbet.

I woke up this morning and there was a miracle.

#drawings, nothing finished but thinking about stuff. Making up portraits from imagination (why is Conan in there?), a big skirmish between Githyanki and mind flayers (and their allies) and some kinda bison giant surprising a hapless halfling.

Did some #drawing this morning. Very ‘80s retro dwarves vs men - maybe it’s Middle Earth, idk? - and a tiefling spellcaster vs some sort of reptilian dudes.

#drawings today; naked (but otherwise clean) anime styled women, and a couple of adventurers trying to ambush a dread dullahan (headless horseman). And listening to a batch of Danny Elfman.
