As usual having a meal here means waiting to put stuff in the oven to wait some more. There’s some other stuff I’m cranky about, here and I’m trying not to kvetch solidify online. I just want to get out and maybe whenever it is I get out of here I’ll get the froofiest latte.

The good news is that their friend is over so I’m largely being ignored by her. At least he showed SOME interest in what didya do in Portland before just talking about his stuff. Fuuuck. I want to go read.

Going to Powell’s brought up a batch of memories (2010-2013ish I wanted to move to Portland, 2012-14ish my group of friends played through a big chunk of Rise of the Runelords before we went all over) and one bad association (ethnic stuff gets damn dark in places).
