Trying out white pepper pork stomach- the pork stomach itself is only okay, but the broth for this is incredible, which makes me wonder if these were simmered together - with pan fried radish cake, which is always a favorite but today is especially good.

But older friends, who were just barely starting out during some of the worst years of my life, somehow ping as “I’m old”
