Suddenly crying because I went to a ramen shop probably for good people (and I can tell my childhood baggage is hitting hard because I don’t choose language like that when I’m more stable), and it’s comfortable and maybe safe?

I feel so profoundly broken right now. So I guess it is a good thing that I called in sick, and it's okay for me to feel and even say that I feel profoundly broken.

@frost Unfortunately, with a seat on a bus or train, you can easily yield the seat to someone more obviously in need of it - unfortunately someone less obviously disabled might need to step up and ask. But with a parking space, who knows how long the person's sitting on it and you can't easily get in touch with them.

My parents (Mom's mobility is completely terrible, my Dad will occasionally use the placard because he feels old and creaky) are REALLY good at spotting people without placards using the handicapped spaces, I wish they didn't do that.

Okay, I tried emailing and texted my agency contact to tell them that I'm sick (because I had an anxiety attack and at best would be running on 4 hours sleep). I will try to call the agency later. Hopefully that's okay? I'm not used to taking sick days and right now I'm an anxious mess.

In my dream some place was described as "okay to visit but bad for abandonment issues." I don't even remember the rest of the dream or the place referred to.

I accept people I know have personal histories, thoughts about spirituality and gender, and elaborate OCs, and then I go to work and assume everyone else is this perfectly neurotypical valued employee whose inner world consists entirely of video games/TV, and looking forward to their next vacation.
