The other art thing I did today was I listened to even more of the Beasties and inked, scanned, stitched and did a little bit of editing on some characters I had lying around October's sketchbook. #drawings

Today I learned the valuable lesson, if I have to ask myself whether it's time for the warmer socks, the answer is YES. I chose them for my walk after all and my toes were STILL cold after the walk back.

@Tuftears I actually hadn't thought that and now need to. I think it might be a composition thing that doesn't look right, with the ogre's legs, maybe I should change pose so they occupy more space or something.

okay, so I put up "red" slaw (forget which in a series of now-closed restaurants recipes this was, but it's paprika/ketchup/lemon juice based slaw) and marinated fried tofu for tomorrow's party, to go with the carrot salad I made last night. Really hope all of it's actually *good*.

@Tuftears I had really not thought too hard about it and just saw it as a way of pointing towards the central figure as well as filling space with something interesting. Whoops. Maybe if I ink this, I'll move them left?
