A few years ago I'm watching Wizards with @obscurestar and it includes an exclusive interview with Ralph which is more entertaining than the movie. He's got this shirt open with this generous tuft of chest hair poking out, and the interview's classic Ralph. I forget most of it now but the parts I remember are him being unusually self-congradulatory about how wonderful he was to hire a Black animator at that point in time, and how he wanted Wizards to be a more urban fantasy that kids could relate to, not like Disney films which had, and I quote "horses eatin' apples in a field or some shit."

@XyzzySqrl ehhhh… Jack Dorsey is kinda involved but he’s small e evil; you get the impression Bluesky mostly just wants their user base to be white male tech sector folks, and that’s not really happening. Whereas with Twitter, it’s real obvious that you really aren’t wanted, and an openly transphobic antisemite who makes more yearly than all of Australia, plus his fashy creditors, are why.

Mastodon users diss Bluesky users more than Bluesky users diss Mastodon, and I can’t speak for Threads, but Mastodon, Bluesky, and Twitter users all have a low opinion of Twitter. Which I mean makes sense; neither Masto nor Bluesky has one of the most loathsome dudes on earth presiding over making it something you actively hate.
