@cuddlemelon@mastodon.social I usually use olive or vegetable, because they're right next to the stove and sesame oil tends to burn quickly so it's way better used as a dressing/add in on stuff.

THE simplest Chinese cooking is literally awesomesauce; heat some oil. Add in chopped up ginger and garlic, let it cool down, add salt.

@Ylfingr that’s the thing, atheism is I feel an inspiring and optimistic take, and giving people (on Bluesky actually) benefit of the doubt they’re NOT being toxic about it… but there’s been so much toxic discussion it’s hard NOT to feel I’m being subjected to it again.
