Tonight is gonna be one of those "Why do I even play D&D?" nights. But I also happen to know I've logged dozens of those over the years and probably have at least another dozen in my future.

The honest truth is regardless of political leanings, we all want to believe the same things about the world.

We all want to believe that our economic system of choice will solve everything, that we know the truth about what's actually going on, that we are terribly oppressed by the government and the elites, and that there are people who are getting away with all kinds of undeserved tax fraud and governmental favors. That's just being human.

The difference is when someone left of center says it, that's more likely to be reflect a truly brutal reality, and when someone right of center says it, that's directly connected to shit which straight up kills people.

Spent too much time #coloring a #drawing. Comic book style cut and grad over slightly digitally tweaked analog pencils. Two wizards bolstered by magical flight take on a flying beholder in its lair.
