#drawing and beer doesn't actually fix anything, but still kinda helps. A couple of halfling archers take on invading cavalry. Any excuse to draw Daeodon.
uspol opinion
Subtweet; I expect non-Jews to miss how we’re required to play nicey-nice with basically people who genocided our families in Europe and who want to genocide us now, and I’ve noticed how Blacks are expected to just be cool with these racist asswipes, BUT I’d have figured a Queer living a couple decades after AIDS and Matthew Shepard etc would be well aware that we’re all expected to be polite to folks who aren’t required to show similar restraint about their murderous feelings.
ME: This song is about childhood sexual abuse.
ROGER SMITH: My uncle used to tell bedtime stories about a spider man what ate children.
ME: This song is about animism during an age of widescale extinctions.
ROGER SMITH: Oh, it's about animals fucking m8.
ROGER SMITH: When I was a child I used to be terrified by nightmares of being lost in the woods.
ME: This song's about werewolves.
#drawing today is three Shadowrunners with their vehicle, somewhere in Georgetown. Some stuff worked, some didn't, it was definitely a "draw this to figure it out" sort of deal.

disappointed this track doesn't include graphics of how you can shoot asterixes at the TIE fighters and asteroids.
#drawings today which actually went anywhere - dwarf beserkers literally throw themselves off a cliff to attack! A turnaround and some studies for a Githyanki character I was thinking about. Random couple of characters and more face studies. And, a Death Knight takes on a zombie giant, because monsters fighting monsters is 'way cool.

just hit historical setting gold in this archaeology book with excavations of the Louvre;
The Louvre started as a fortress, but as Paris grew it became a palace - and the old castle bits were dismantled during two regal revisions, in 1625 then 1660. So rapier-wielding swashbucklers could duel among the scaffolding around an old castle, right within city limits.
Lots of random gunk, but some drawings and cooking talk too. Obsesses about DnD and related topics. Left-leaning/profoundly frustrated politics. Black lives matter; trans rights are human rights.
