So between NIN, White Zombie, and RAtM this morning’s been mostly music I first really hit my abuse issues to. Haven’t listened to Little Earthquakes yet.

I got very lucky in a batch of ways and one of them was having music like this around when the bottom fell out of my admittedly crummy little world.

Slept over 8 hours, with intestinal ugh and waking up covered in sweat at one point. I don’t *think* I’m fighting off something but.

Went to coffee shop and jammed on another commission, then figured I’d tighten yesterday’s pages. I have nine pages of tightened stuff all told to scan, and I did thumbnails for a third client yesterday, which somehow feels like nothing.

I’m emotionally so wobbly right now, like the right song or statement would be all it’d take to set off a crying jag.

Apparently after all that sleep last night I still want a nap?

Or in other words I feel like I’ve been kinda a jerk and want to be more careful.

Also, I was thinking about how atheism usually plays out very anti-Islamic and anti-semitic, how much as I hate and resent Christianity even going after *that* is kinda punching down. And from there to feeling I’ve been a bit too quick to do the whole “it’s the fucking red states/south” deal - that’s also punching down. There’s only a very nebulous boundary between lower class whites who just want things to be okay, and the rich assholes who’re making things worse.
