I need to remember;
* telling me I’m wrong does NOT mean I’m a stupid fuckup, that it’s some sort of trap where the other person gets to be awesome correcting me, or the other person is about to open up about how stupid and worthless I am.
* if they do that’s on them; I’m not stupid or worthless and none of my flaws are improved by abuse
* even if I mess up something I legitimately know (mistakes happen) or there’s a lot of being wrong in a short time period
* it CAN be someone else’s mistake

Every time I get my grubby mitts on an old WtA supplement thinking it’s gonna be the best thing ever, it’s uh… not.
