I remain pissed at a pretty consistent level about things, and I would like to address that in a way that honors my upset without putting a huge dent in my bank account. G-d knows it's not like I can do anything effective on a broader scale than personal.

I think it's also interesting to note here that in all this thinly veiled transphobia, the drag queen is EXACTLY what the conservative hates. Gender isn't just a performance, but it's gloriously hammy, over the top, ridiculous, fun. And that is something that cannot be tolerated by someone who needs to see gender rooted in unchanging, unchallengeable objective truth.
