My friend says that’s not as epic as the end to Ep VIII (also now shown) in which “Rey” (short black hair, costume basically a McCaig Sith design in blue) crouches, sword arm extends back, ignites lightsaber- a swarm of TIEs zoom in behind her, framing her, roll credits.

Then it got a lot less coherent; this is the dream I remember out of a lot.

I’m roadtripping with two friends and we play “I 5 bingo;” things like “big religious/right wing billboard” or “I’m tired of majestic mountains.” The track playing is this epic, overlapping symphonic piece which I recognize as Basil Poledouris (Not an actual piece; I get music in dreams and don’t remember it). I say it’s the end of Conan, when he finally travels north to finally iiilight his father’s funeral pyre, and the film ends with a 360 aerial pan of him doing sword drills.

yeah. Time to shut down the computer, slug Nyquil, end the weekend. You can imagine how much I want to do that last.

the best part of this issue of Dragon I'm reading online, is the idea that a prehistoric setting might have temporally appropriate analogies to the familiar deities and hence the PCs might run into dinoThor with a tailsweep attack. Literally a thunder lizard. My inner 10 year old thinks this is pretty much the coolest idea evar.
