I want to be on my back with my feet in the air while someone rubs their thumb lightly against my [redacted] and strokes my [redacted] and says [redacted].

Also I really want a nap about now which I think is that it’s a circadian rhythm downturn and for a place with high ceilings I don’t think air circulation is actually that good here.

The Bay Area is full of museums and zoos you can’t afford, events you’re too burned out to go to, and a vibrant kink scene which you might not have money or confidence enough to do, all because you live in the Bay Area. Outside of some nice forests and beaches, there’s nothing I can get here which I couldn’t get from any left-of-Georgia place with an okay taqueria and Asian grocery store. I really want to move!

I have this theory that the USA has the least secret secret history ever; five minutes on Wikipedia will flush out horrible stuff you’ve never heard about because nobody bothered mentioning it (and I suspect part of why American establishment repeats the cruel mistakes of the past is a lot of them don’t know about it). Reading about the Pullman Strike got me to Wikipedia’s page of horrifying striker suppression. Let’s uh... think about happier stuff for a bit.

Only problem with listening to Tinariwen then All Them Witches is that predictably I want a roadtrip and a cigarette. Lightning at the Door is an awesome album, I don’t just say it ‘cause two songs reference Coyote Woman.

Cranked a ton of work to Tinariwen’s album Aman Iman. That album’s dynamite and I can’t recommend it enough; it’s also kinda trancy, for me.
