@Fabi@slime.global *hugs!* Blissfull dreams to you!

okay I ... I think I'm good now. My ankles hurt still, but I don't care right now, this music is beautiful and i just feel so...

good right now.

I should listen to this playlist more often like this.

If you want to check out this music btw go look up GEOTIC on soundcloud and download as much or as little as you like because the deliberately lo-fi gentle ambient tracks are an amazing combo of soft background white noise and beautiful gentle tunes which will envelope you in an audio embrace.

@Fabi@slime.global dey spike

mental state stuff

@vahnj I do. we all got this. *hug* It's gonna be okay.

mental state stuff

everything is okay. it's going to be okay and fine

i'm okay.

i'm going to be okay.

i can just be.

i am loved and i am well and life can be hard but it'll be okay because i can get through this and i'm not alone

everything is going to be okay.

oh man I think I needed this. first song of course was Resonance and it gave me shivers in the best way listening to it, and I just couldn't stop smiling and bopping, next track was Smiles and Experiments In The Vanilla Kitchen by Geotic and I got the same shivers, and wept a little, I just felt so relaxed and happy and serene in a way I haven't been familiar with for a long time, for forever I think. and it keeps happening.

I needed this.

Resonance by HOME is my current jam right now because that track is beautiful and just amazing to chill to heckkkkkk

I can just pop the bass right up , put headphones on, crank the volume, close my eyes and just drown out the world entire losing myself to an audio nirvana of colour and gentle light

Today isn't a Noise day, but I think I'm gonna retreat to my Noise Killer playlist for a bit just to enjoy it and relax. I wanna feel real good tonight for a bit.

@Fabi@slime.global feelin' you there D: *hug*

Hey, FYI: There's a charity speedrun stream benefiting the Transgender Law Center this weekend!

Schedule:
horaro.org/puwp2017/schedule
Stream:
twitch.tv/powerupwithpride

The runners include GDQ alumni like PrincessProto and EnchantressOfNumbers, and the game line up is actually really unique with a heavy focus on romhacks and randomizers. The final block on Sunday night is runs/races of all three of the Zelda 1, 2 and 3 randomizers in a row.

@raccoon ahh heck I only got to play 1 through as Sonic on the GC, and I played a bit of 2 on the same system. D: I keep thinking I should try them out on PC but then I figure I'll probably never play them that much ^^;;;

@raccoon I never even realised there WAS a Chao Racing minigame I thought it was just that garden thing @_@;; I barely got to play the SOnic Adventure games.

@raccoon why was my first thought the sonic adventure minigames?

@soft_chomps@glitch.social I do and I love it so much I can't stop giggling.

@soft_chomps@glitch.social Your bingo card is the best one because of that centre square.

THE BEST one.

toxicity in games

We've been having this for *thirty-five years*. It's not "edgy angry teenagers who'll grow out of it in a few years".

sexism discourse, rape mention, pregnancy mention

in response to yon "sexism and reactionary behaviour in games started on xbox live" thread that's been making the rounds on hellbird: Unwinnable had a piece where your man Stu Horvath digs into old issues of Dragon Magazine and there's one from *1982* with a lead editorial going (if ineptly) "hey, maybe don't be shitty to women? they just want to enjoy the hobby too".
