Itadaki Street 2 devlog
... well, that was a silly mistake. ^.^; It turns out "load value" has a slightly different meaning than "load from address", but the instructions differ by only one character...
In any case, text drawing works again. ^w^

Still not quite working...
The corrupted tiles look different every time, so I guess that's a clue? But why would it be reading from RAM somewhere...?

Still working, very slowly, on rewriting everything so it works in this new format.

I think I'll try streaming A Link to the Past Multiworld Randomizer tonight, with @KS! Here's a link where you can watch us both: http://multitwitch.tv/raspberryfloof/k_s_
The Cutting Room Floor's 10th birthday was yesterday! We made a small NES ROM to celebrate.

re: armchair doctoring re: injury
@Kat Thank you, I'll try doing what you suggested and try keeping some ice on it, since it's mostly painful especially when it's moved or touched or I accidentally put weight on it... I have a cane, so I can use that for walking at least... x.x
@kitsch I feel guilty that I haven't done anything but be negative here on Mastodon for a long time...
It's depressing only seeing religious stickers on signs in Vegas. I want to live somewhere with better stickers, like the ones we saw with @KitRedgrave in Capitol Hill
@Kat@nulled.red It's an honest question! I was just randomly listening to some video game soundtracks tonight and was struck again by how the overworld/main game music is usually an upbeat 4/4 tune, but water level music is usually a 3/4 waltz. This even stretches across different genres, different console periods, different composers...
Poly trans cuddlefloof programmer and gamedev(?). I love poking around in and reverse engineering old games. I'm also super shy and have horrible anxiety, so ... please be nice...
I don't mind if you follow request, but if I don't know or recognize you, please send me a message so I know who you are. #nobot
