It was kind of a shame that even the partial eclipse that could have been visible this morning was completely blocked by clouds... but it still looked wrong somehow outside, even with cloud cover.

This is the only textbox that uses this code right now, but at least I know it would work for any of the large dialogue boxes. They just mostly aren't translated yet...

Just realized a way I could simplify the variable-width font code I've been working on, but it requires recompressing the entire font and reinserting it into the ROM...
I might have to write functionality into my tool that lets me download a binary blob of the compressed font so I can just directly insert that instead of typing out 2KB of hex directly. >.>
Oh, that's weird... One line of dialogue in Itadaki Street 2 has a character that seems corrupt. Specifically, it tries loading a 1bpp 12x12 character from $8B:4DC9, which is way out in RAM...
I don't know if this address has any valid data when/if this text is normally loaded in-game, but no other text uses this value or any similar value, and any other text that uses a variable from RAM uses a control code and has special handling for it.
