@Efi The reasoning behind that has something to do with the gen 1 games' item ID for the moon stone being the same as the gen 2 item ID for the burn heal, and developers mixing them up.

Sometimes we learn that a word we'd thought was universal was actually specifically American English the whole time. Today, that word was "casket" in its usage meaning "coffin". Apparently it's just a sort of decorative box in British English.
