Talking with people is good for me, not just because humans are social creatures but because speaking regulates my janky chronically-hyperventilating breathing patterns apparently

current experiment: is coughing making my screen briefly go dark due to loose wiring, or making my eyes briefly go dark due to much worse loose wiring

as much as I complain about having to work, having an actual job has given me some interesting perspective (also it's good exercise and it's undeniably good to at least get out of the house sometimes lol)

especially with money- I can now think "hmm how many hours/days of work is this worth"

I've spent about a day or two's pay on Warframe, for example, and I've played that enough to make it definitely worth it
