Because not using gas, gas bill is going to be 32 USD! It is so nice not being in an apartment where everyone's gas bill was split evenly with everyone.

Decided to adjust my 401k... 50% stable and 50% growth.

I adjusted and fixed some of the vents in my house, so now upstairs and downstairs are a bit closer in temperature and downstairs is not like super cold while upstairs is super hot. I still need to tape up more of the HVAC then insulate it. Then it will be good.

Got myself a M1 Mac Mini, so can do development stuff on it and testing accordingly.
