The thing is, I do not know how to do this? I never had the opportunity to do so before and it is something that has never came up until now. Is this pretty much it? My life has always been a struggle but now it is not, things are far easier now.

For being transgender, I am hitting a point where I just ask myself "What now?". I got my name changed and the only thing left really is to get gender affirmation surgery but that is not something I can work on at this moment. Do I just live my life how I want now?
