If you haven't been keeping an eye on the weather, the heat wave rolling in today is different from the last! Last time was "easy" mode, with exceptional heat but low humidity. From noon today (8/11) through Saturday evening (8/14) we're forecast for extreme heat AND humidity.
This is weather that kills people! Even young, healthy, fit people. The Pacific NW hasn't yet internalized cultural adaptations for weather like this, which means individuals need to intentionally keep ourselves safe while 'common sense' lags reality.

I've got three boxes of old clothes which, when they were packed up for moving to a new home in august 2017, did not fit me anymore.
I think I might dig into those boxes to see how much of those old clothes fit me again!
