@ChewieBoy Another thing that is BS is calories. Calories in food are determined basically by burning the food and measuring the amount of heat produced, which isn't accurate to how the body metabolizes food.

The body metabolizes different kinds of calories in different ways, and some kinds of calories actually cause the body's metabolism to increase, resulting in a net reduction in the amount of calories taken in.

@ChewieBoy One would think doctors would have abandoned BMI, since even as a kid 20-30 years ago I remember hearing about how BS it is because it was pointed out that some professional body builder (Arnold Schwarzenegger, I think?) was overweight on the basis of BMI.

When I went back to bed I found my glasses. Apparently I had fallen asleep with them on and they slipped off during the night.

I woke up and was about to go to the bathroom, but discovered that my glasses are missing. I've been unable to find them, they do not appear to be anywhere near my bed or nightstand (the latter being where I left put them). I had to put on an older pair I kept as a backup.

Incidentally, their frames are more comfortable than the ones on my current glasses.

@sharkNserg It is a food item that was made up for the comic Schlock Mercenary, which is set roughly a millenia in the future.

The chupaqueso is basically a cheese burrito... but the entire thing is cheese, including the shell!
