TIL that you should never ever sign an Employment Bond.

It's basically a predatory contract where you must agree to continue working for an employer for a period of time, and you have to pay a monetary penalty to the employer if you leave.

And they're apparently used by some workplaces as a way of dealing with retention problems, as opposed to actually fixing the problems that are causing their employees to resign.

Gotta love it when you update a mod in Skyrim and are forced to start a new save because it messed up serialization with SKSE mods, trashing the save file.
