*finally got around to submitting an expense claim for previous work trips so they'd pay me back for flight, car hire, etc

NZ is playing England in the finals of the cricket world cup, and I hate that this is making me care about a sport in general, and cricket in particular

I ran into someone from my flight in the line at Anthrocon and he said "oh hey! I figured there was like a 70% chance you were coming here" and boy that made me feel some kinda way. So much for my thought that my personal incognito mode was unimpeachable

@Fuego not sure if I posted this before, but back when Ang and I were visiting the South Island of NZ, where we were staying there was a supermarket that had adopted/been adopted by a cat. It had the whole setup here, and was very cute and friendly

I do Skype-type calls multiple times a day for exactly two things - calling my girlfriend and having meetings at work.

- Literally just recounting the plot of the first three Mass Effect games

Back from business trip to India, and spent today doing escape rooms as part of a big day out a friend organised for his birthday. It was really good! Being in the team that did the best overall probably helped, but the rooms were fun and inventive even outside of that
