@kimpegasus Yeah, Catalina is about as solid as macOS betas usually tend to be by this point in the process. The loss of 32-bit app compatibility is unfortunate, but we had warning of that with Mojave and I’m pretty much at peace with it.

UPDATE: chuck steak located on sale for under a fiver. Too cravey for the whole overnight galbi thing and had no chili paste. Sat it in cola with seasonings and salts for a bit, plopped it in the toaster oven, and am now at the “we’ll see” stage. Honestly I’ll be happy if it’s meat
