I’m really puzzled as to why NoA felt the need to rename in-game band “ABXY” from Splatoon to “Chirpy Chips”

not that it matters much but hey, their 18 followers are a fantastic little block list in and of themselves ;)

like I know this particular point sounds petty but with their recent changes I’ve gone from “tolerates but is generally okay with basecamp” to “is held back enough by basecamp’s UI decisions to actively want to advocate moving away from it” in the past few months

Basecamp removed the selfie button and given it’s bad for planning, bad at facilitating communication, and bad at helping you feel connected to the team, I’m wondering what the point of using it even is, now?

@tom I found a *fantastic* pastel pink and blue one in a planetary outpost and I was merely 30,000 units away from getting it; the quest which led me there would’ve given me more than that difference. Leaving the planet to turn it in permanently removed the coordinates from my HUD. RIP in pieces.
