it is very likely that this is merely a generic microSD to SD / USB adapter and that its relation to Action Replay is for convenience (USB) at best; it looks likely that Action Replay are using a well-known Wii Message Board exploit called “LetterBomb” http://wiibrew.org/wiki/LetterBomb
actual context: I found this listed on Amazon as an SD card adapter, not an Action Replay, I found the Action Replay by looking for the same keywords, and found an eBay listing which again lists as an SD adapter despite having the picture which says Action Replay pictured
